After this tour, you and your friends and family can tell the folks back home that you just snorkeled the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef! That’s right, it’s the second-largest barrier reef system in the world and you’ll snorkel it. Cool, huh?
The tour departs from the marina in Puerto Aventuras and heads north to Inha. This is a semi-sheltered reef area where you’ll get to swim and snorkel in the crystal clear ocean water alongside sea turtles, tropical fish, and a variety of other reef and sea life. You’ll get plenty of time to swim and snorkel here which is one of the best snorkel areas in the Riviera Maya.
This is a fantastic tour for all ages and makes for a great family outing in nature. You can also just relax onboard, sunbathe, enjoy a cocktail or refreshments, and of course our homemade ceviche lunch and snacks. It’s certainly not mandatory to be in the water. Remember, this is your private tour! Our friendly and attentive crew is happy to serve you at any time.
When done in the water or at any point while anchored at this location, you may opt to come back on board to enjoy our delicious, fresh shrimp and/or fish ceviche. Also, the bar is always available as is your crew to serve you cold beverages and food throughout the tour.
We’ll eventually cruise back slowly to the Puerto Aventuras marina enjoying the views. Oh and…we offer troll fishing on this tour too. Anything you catch along the way can be prepared fresh for you on board!

We specifically chose to operate out of the Puerto Aventuras marina for its convenient location. Puerto Aventuras has the closest commercial marina to both Playa Del Carmen and Tulum, right in the middle of the two just a 30-minute drive from each town, making it fast and easy for our clients to get to us.
The marina of Puerto Aventuras is located in a gated and very safe condominium area with lots of parking spaces and other amenities making it an ideal place for us to operate from.
We also offer private roundtrip transportation from any location in the Riviera Maya directly to our vessels and back after your private charter ends starting at $160 USD.
