About this experience
Not a glass-bottom boat — the hull itself is clear, so the view is the whole width of the boat rather than a panel in the floor. It works because Cozumel’s reef sits shallow and the water is exceptionally clear on the leeward side.
The shared trip is the cheapest way onto the water here and suits anyone who does not want to swim: children, non-swimmers, or someone who would rather stay dry and still see the reef.
